There were some purpose-built aftermarket loaders for the Wheatland/Industrial tractors. Usually, from companies like Drott, Link-Belt, Lord... manufacturers of construction equipment.
The loader itself is probably pretty rare, but not particularly valuable.
You should be able to tell if the loader was designed for the tractor, or if it's been retrofitted. Factory brackets will have smooth edges, and the welds will be consistent.
Unless the fabricator went to a LOT of extra work to retrofit the loader, you'll find jagged, torch-cut edges on the mounting brackets, and uneven welds.
