What engine does this machine have? With no oil pressure on cranking you better quit trying till you have the problen corrected or thew rebuild will be just a waste of time and money. If this were a test I'd guess the problem is in your distributor drive. Often the oil pump and the dist. use a common drive from the cam. If the shaft is shearedone the other or perhaps both will not do their job. I"d be less worried about the failure to start than the oil pressure.
