its a tractor!i wouldnt call the super brakes poor either , they are a good unit and stop the tractor efficiently. if everything is rebuilt to spec again they will last a long time, not like driving a car on highway and need to stop on a dime.they must be talking about getting the expanders and drums to spec again.as you know getting these resurfaced removes metal. important to have good springs and the balls in good shape also to keep the brakes from sticking.
