i have taken some ornary ones out this way: put pressure on them from the bottom with a hyd. jack, almost lifting the tractor. then set a block of hard wood on top the block hext to sleeve. then i used a post mall and let the weight of it fall on the block and out popped the sleeve. and dry sleeves can be removed by welding 2 beads 180 degrees from each other. then just reach in and make a fist and they pull right out.
