to add to charlies post, you need to turn the drive coupling so one half of it points vertical. its basically a real thick flat washer with two raised areas, like a cross. also when in there replace the seal on the drive dog that comes out of the trans. check the trans input shaft seal too, if its leaking, change it now. when you separate the pump from the resevoir, you can slide a small bar to lock the pump gears to spin off the pump drive to change the seal. when putting the pump back on the resevoir, be sure to get the little fork hooked up to the bracket that actuates the pump from the control rod. if you get it hooked, the control rod wont work and you will need to drop the belly pump again.
