Would you happen to have any pictures?? It is possible that the AF means Air Force having that those tractors were usually painted yellow. I'm no expert, but have seen them. Also, the "J" usually stands for a RockFord Clutch, and if that is what it means, the 780 would be the serial number.
Again, I'm no expert in this field; but thats an idea; and there will be someone on here that can identify those numbers and give you a correct answer. PICTURES WOULD BE THE BEST BET TO PUT UP ON HERE. GOOD LUCK.
