Yea, I was thinking the first 3 numbers and the J sounded right for the serial number; and maybe it is an Air Force tractor, as they had their number painted on the side of the tractor. He could have gotten both numbers off of the tractor and just typed them together on here. To me, the serial number seems a little low though. Again, I'm not sure. Pictures would probably be the best help.
