Generator wiring

Installing a generator on my 1940 A and need to know how to wire it up correctly. There was a diagram submitted by someone a while back, but I'm unable to locate it in the archives. The local Case/IH dealers have differing opinions about the wiring, and wondered if anyone knew the correct wiring setup. Thanks in advance.
