Matt, I can see only three non-tapped holes around the gearbox, one in front, which is in the clutch housing tube, and one on each side, which are in the axle (differential shaft) casting. These are drain holes to allow condensed moisture to drain out, if there is gear oil leaking from there, it is probably a leaky axle seal or transmission input shaft seal. You will need to remove the axle to replace the axle seal, and split the tractor if it is the input shaft seal.
