This was strictly a IH CE dealer tractor, now owned by Kumatso/Dresser, only dealers were usually in larger cities, not many AG or MT dealers had this contract. It might use some common parts in chassis, parts were restricted by contract, not any dealer could get them even if they were say a AG IH dealer. I am going to quess it was made by Hough from components made by IH at other plants such as engines from Melrose, trans from Farmall.
