I can't help with a photo but on the Heisler the handle used to engage the extra gears is to the left of the steering post and forward of the clutch and about mid-way between the post and clutch as I remember without going to the tractor shed. The Heisler set up looks like something that could of been factory items as mostly cast parts and solid rod linkage which fits in really nice with the IHC parts on the operators deck. All of the M&W units I've seen had a big knob which was usually mounted down below the ampmeter box and had a flimsy cable (like a lawnmower throttle cable) which ran down the right side of the tractor and appears to sneak in between a couple of castings in the transmission area. I think M&W later might have had a lever set up like the Heisler but I have never seen one. That knob M&W used is like a PTO knob on a dump truck or spreader truck that I remember from decades ago.
