As far as the hydraulic, I would clean up the regulator valve assembly replacing o-ring and gasket, and check out the orfice screen. It may well be the original size orfice marked .024 and will surely have a least a collapsed screen. I would then cut end off screen, check to make sure it has no holes where it collapsed, and drill it out to .031 as new ones are. Could buy new one but you won't believe what they want for it at CASEIH. Roll the end of screen back up to form a nice end . For the hydraulic valve leaking down, you are dealing with a worn spool and bore in valve body as the o-rings only seal external leaking and have nothing to do with the sealing of fluid internally. In other words, select fitted so they can move free and least amout of leakage when new. You may well be able to find a used one in better shape but it will be hit and miss. You can install a check valve to hold the load like one used on the fast hitch and that will hold your load indefinetely.
