You need more then a seat as several other components are missing with that pipe and rail type seat. I don't know now common they are but the one tractor I drove around with one had the roughest ride of any tractor I've ever been on. I was quite a bit lighter then the owner and never adjusted the spring so that might have been the issue. The more common seat and one you will most likely find easier is the hydraulic seat with a shock absorber and you should be able to find one of them complete and you will need everything from the platform (transmission cover) up as they are totally different types of seats. Good luck and you should be able to find one easily if willing to travel as you stated. You might just want to find a tractor salvage yard in your area as the H's are a very common tractor, Hal.
