That explains a lot. Both tractors have had some parts swaps.
Serial 165550 was built 3/53. So all these date codes: HYD 2 27 Y, CENTER 2 18 Y, REAR 2 21 Y (all in February) fit. However, MOTOR 11 30 Y was cast the following November. At SOME POINT the engine (at least the block) has been replaced.
Serial 175164 was built 6/53. Both of these date codes: CENTER 6 16 Y, REAR 5 8 Y (June and May) are reasonable. However, MOTOR 1 15 Z was cast the following January. Same deal as your earlier tractor. Your engine number (3021) only makes sense if you missed a couple digits. Sometimes they aren't stamped to heavily and can be easy to miss. Given the date code, the whole number might be 203021, which would have been assembled about March or April.
The date code of HYD 8 9 W dates back to August 1951. It is unlikely that it sat in a corner of the factory for nearly 2 years before it got bolted to a tractor. So it was probably put on your tractor as a used unit at some later date.
