No need to guess, I have a SMTA with mostly 560 internals in the transaxle. There are some bearing and bearing retainer differences in addition to ratio changes in the differential and transmission. I made the alterations to get a slow speed SMTA. It will do about .70 mph at rated speed in low-range first gear.
Don't know what a 460 has to do with anything related to the larger frame tractors. It's a miniature 560 with hardly any parts interchangeability.
