yes, that tractor did look big when I was a boy. Dad farmed 146 acres with it, until I bought a super m for plowing when I was a teenager.
We used it for tobacco, mainly, but dad had a river bottom that was about 30 acres That we put out corn and soybeans. I'd run that super C from daylight till dusk.....hear it run all day, and then hear it run in my head all night!
My only regret is, I let the cultivators get away. That tractor was last overhauled in 1980, and it's time for another. it don't burn oil, but it don't seem to have the power it once had, and the oil pressure is not up to specs.
