Sounds like you have water in at least one place if not 2 or 3 places. One quick way to maybe get you up and going is get a few bottle of HEET and pour it into the tranny and PTO etc. Then wait an hour or so and try again. You can also cover the tractor and use some sort of heater etc to warm it up to the point the ice melts. Had that problem last winter on my Ford 841 and it took a couple hour with the HEET and a heat to free it up. Once you get it going drain and refill with good oil
