OK, I just got a little more info on it today. The tires are in the shop right now getting new tubes put in them, and the tractor will fire if gas is shot in the carb or spark plug holes but will not run just off the carb. It is still on 6 volt has and has a new battery in it from when they tried to get it running this summer.
