You know, it's weird you say that. I had that happen on my M before, and this was the cause. Tightened them up and problem gone. However I checked them all a bunch of times, and unfortunatly they're all as tight as I can get them with a 3ft breaker bar. Werid though, the noise is almost EXACTLY the same.
