I had a IH 3414 loader tractor with a hydro transmission. The tractor had two pedals on the clutch side, forward and reverse. The transmission was not a strong point of the tractor. The bucket height on the standard OEM loader was about 8 to 9 feet. I believe that the lift capacity was about 2000 to 25000 lbs. The bucket capacity was 1 yard and the tractor would lift a full bucket of dirt. The tractor was an early 70's model. The lift hydraulics on the industrial tractor worked well. It has been about 15 years since I had the tractor. Good luck.
