My hydraulic fluid keeps foaming up. I just re-built the dual stage pump (new o-rings and front shaft seal), filled with correct amount of fluid, and can't seem to get the air purged from the system. I also cleaned the suction filter.
I have a front end loader. 4 to 5 times I've started the tractor, extended the FEL to max, then allowed to go back. Also operated 3pth. then shut off engine to allow air to settle out. When just using power steering, system seems to be ok. As soon as I start using the FEL, the fluid fizzes up like sodie pop.
I'm really scratching my head where all of this air is coming from. I can't see that I have leaks anywhere. Any ideas?
