My buggy style umbrella folds down and forward quickly by loosening 2 small handles (takes 10 seconds), then I can drive thru my garage door. The umbrella then is laying down flat, just above the steering rod. Heritage makes a yellow one for JD tractors, mine is white with the IH logo on front and rear. I have the axle mount and it is a strong design.
A year ago I drove under a pine tree and forgot to be aware and a pine branch hit the umbrella, lots of scraping sounds with no damage but the fabric had a big green sticky stain. The fabric came off the frame real easy, the local dry cleaner made it like new again. Love that umbrella. Wish I owned the company! LA in WI
