Head off take and use a rag etc to wipe out/clean out the cylinders. Fill to about a 1/2 inch below the top with ATF and let sit a week. Then if you can do this and be safe top off with gas, light the gas and let it burn till ALL cylinder go out, add more gas and do that 3 or 4 times. Then while still warm try to tap on the pistons, beware you will make a mess but a lot of times that will free them up. But since it had water in it your still most likely looking at new sleeves etc
