Come spring, we see posts where people have difficulty getting their Cub plow to penetrate. None of them have that "draft control" that you have. Yes, it is worth good bucks but it may not be complete. You also need the hand operated handle that comes up near the right fender. If it is complete, you may be pleasantly surprised when you list it on eBay.
To attach plows, you have to mount the drawbar to the front holes in an inverted position. Your hardware will raise and lower the drawbar because it is designed to pivot up and down.
Below is a picture of the same thing except it is used for two plows, left and right. In other words, it is part of a two-way plow.
