WOODS makes the mower, and they are still available new.
How are you searching? I googled "L59 belly mower" and got TONS of hits. Google automatically added "woods" to my search term.
Be aware that there are two versions of the Woods 59" mower deck. One is the Woods 59, which discharges mowed grass on one side, and the other is the Woods L59, which discharges mowed grass on the other side.
One version fits the Farmall Cub with its "backwards" 1700RPM PTO, the other fits tractors with a conventional 540RPM PTO.
I'm not sure if you want the 59 or the L59 for your Super A. You need to talk to a Woods dealer, or someone who's an expert.
A belly mower is not something you want to be taking on and off every week to switch back and forth to cultivators.
You'll spend several hours installing the mower the first time. You'll spend about two removing it. On your second install, it'll probably take about four hours. It'll get better with subsequent installs, and you can probably get your install time down to around two hours with practice.
What'll happen is, you'll get sick of spending four hours switching between the mower and cultivators, just to run the mower for an hour in your yard, or run the cultivators for 15 minutes in your garden.
