David, Wherever you live is a tractor club. Ask a member who is a good carb. man they will know who to repair it for you. I have done them for years & believe me it takes more than 15 min to do it right. testing float, cleaning, correct wear in throttle shaft area.. When done right it will be worth it if you promise to run clean fuel. LOL
