IIRC the farthest gear to the left is the belt pulley gear. The one in the middle is the 2nd/3rd slider gear. The little one is supposed to be funny beveled a little bit. IIRC it slips inside another gear or something for direct drive/5th gear. If you can't find one just let me know. I have heard other people say they are tough to find, but the salvage yard near me had a couple H/300/350/460 trans for parts sitting on the shelf. I bought my 4/5 gear for $30ish.
