What Cowman said! Even if you do get it off the seal is only a felt washer. It doesn"t really prevent leaks, just slows them down on a good day. Unless it is pouring out, I would let it leak. Those flywheels rarely come off without a LOT of pulling force. You might be lucky, but so far I have never been.
