CNH still owns the rights to all that documentation, no one else *legally* can produce an electronic copy without paying a license fee. I know for sure CNH doesn't produce electronic versions for sale to the general public. Yet.
Owner's manuals are one thing. They're only about 100 pages or so. Easy to scan in an evening on a $39 PC scanner, and produce "bootleg" copies. One can build up quite a library in a few days' time. Everybody's looking for an owner's manual.
