There is nothing dangerous about them. Remove the oil plug gently and catch the first drips in a tin can. If no coolant it is a good sign. It should have a water treatment system to reduce corrosion cavitation issues but it is not a deal breaker. Check all fluids and try to charge the batteries. purge new diesel into the replaced filters, if it will turn over, that is great. If it runs it is worth 50% more than if it does not. If the tires are usable and hold air that is probably 1500 to 2000 right there you will not need to spend. Others should chime in, do not drag it down the road, it will not start by pulling it. The hydraulics must be operational to put power through the TA. Jim
