Make sure that the carb linkage is adjusted so that the rod to the governor is pushing the throttle open all the way when it is wide open at the hand throttle lever (not running). Also make sure the governor arm is moved all the way with the rod from the hand lever when the lever is at full throttle. If these are OK, the method Gene mentions is next. Jim
