That is kind of where the shop in Elkhorn, WI is heading. I have heard from MANY people that took a radiator in there and all they wanted to do was recore it. All you wanted was the leak soldered/brazed back up, not a new radiator. I went in there to see if they could acid dip my MD starting tank and they don't even have an acid bath anymore. He said it was too much money to get rid of the waste. I asked what they did now. He said they pull the end caps off and shove a rod down the inside of the cores. I think I can see why they are recoring so many radiators...
