I think hes is talking about the pulley on the water pump.
Its been a little while sence I changed the last one, but if I remember right there is 2 bolts that bolts it to the engine, then after you get it out theres 4 or 5 bolts that holds the pump to the housing, I remember changing some bolts because of rust, I know theres one thats close clearing the pulley but I thought it would, but maybe not cant remember, dont know for sure but I would think the pulley just presses on the shaft like most, if someone dont jump in and tell you I'll look to see if I have one off.
