Hello from... where am I? I can't tell because all the ocean looks the same. But, I'm carrying out the will of the American People, dropping warheads on foreheads... so you may be able to guess where I'm floating.
Obviously not getting alot of tractor restoration done. However, I did manage to purchase a new complete gauge set and new custom made cotton spark plug wires to go with the custom made cotton wiring harness I had made for my '44 H. RustyFarmall is currently looking for a new padded seat for me, and maybe the whole tube assembly since mine looks like crap. And I'll be hoping a great deal on a new'ish looking belt pulley falls in my lap.
So, while I can't do work, at least I can spend a little money on parts that I need. Once I get all the parts, then I just have to buy paint and supplies. Then I've got to find the time to actually work on the old boy, but considering we're turning this boat around in 5-6 months after we get back, and doing it all over again, that will probably have to wait till 2012. But that will give me time to save for new rear tires! :D
Hope all is well with everyone, and those that know me, know that I'm doing as best as can be expected at the half way point of a 7 month deployment. Take care!
