You need a low drum cotton picker rear frame lid with the shifting forks. When changing the lids, flip the ring gear and differential. That's it except for changing steering, pedals, throttle, and seat.
If you can't get a cotton picker lid, you can use the lid from a 400, 450, 560 although one of the steering post holes will be missing. Other holes like the battery box holes may be missing as well, but a flat plate adaptor could be fabricated. Take the M shifting forks and rotate the yokes by cutting and welding.
Best to just buy the complete low drum cotton picker that has not been converted to forward operation.
