I have both tractors (actually 650 and 660) and the fenders are different. The 650 fender cross section is flat. The 660 fender is radiused.

I suppose you are looking at the W560 fenders on eBay. They won't work.

If you are missing fenders, it takes alot more than just the fenders to do it right. You will probably need a dozen or more brackets and tin to make it work. One of those is the floorboard and three dust shields. IIRC the hydraulic valves attach to the top shield.
