Mel some things to consider when looking this puppy over. BTW a late 1940 according to Guy Fay's IH data book. What do you mean by running OK? Is the charging system working? Does it have lights? Does it have PTO and flat belt pulley? How is the tin? How are the tires? Transmission working OK? Brakes work OK? Any noticeable leaks? Does the liftall work if it has it? If it passes these tests, I would say around $750 give or take for central Indiana. Prices will vary greatly for various regions though. I am sure other folks will chime in with some excellent questions and comments.
