First thing I'd do is change the oil and filter. Could be the old oil is diluted with gas, etc. The oil may simply be too thin for the pump to hold pressure when it gets warmed up.
If no change swap the oil pressure gage for a known accurate gage and see what you get.
If pressure is still low then look at the oil pump. It could have a worn or warped bottom cover.
Beyond that you'll need to go deeper inside the engine for a fix.
