Also check the bolt that holds the oil filter in place. It has a very small hole in the side that can plug.
I just bought a 200 that would only run about 20 psi and fade down to 10. I dropped the pan, cleaned everything up. I swapped the oil pump for a known good one, replaced the filter and cleaned the hole in the side. I had to use a drill bit to clear the filter bolt hole because it was so solid. Added some fresh oil, fired it up and now oil pressure runs 50-60 psi. I checked the old pump later and sure enough the bottom cover was warped and the gasket was blown.
I got a heck of a deal on a Farmall 200 with fasthitch because the previous owner didn't want to "rebuild the motor!"
