well a friend of mine must have liked the ford i refurbished for him, he's got me another project, somewhere he has scratched up a ih 3514 diesel backhoe tractor, tractor is decent overall, numerous oil leaks, he wants fixed,i need to clean it up so i can tell something about it,service completly, and change all fluids and filters, it runs strong, only strange thing i can find so far is the swing for the backhoe operates slow, both ways, he has the boom chained to center as if the tractor is parked on a slope the boom drifts to the downhill side, any ideas? got to try to locate some manuels for this thing before i get into it, its newer than i usually work on but, guess its time for some more learning,
