Your problem is either in the MCV (mutipule control valve )Or the pump is shot those are the two most common problems. On the bottom of the MCV there is a valve carefully unscrew it check for broken parts, the other on is on the back side of the MCV about half way up there are 2 hex heads one is a 5/8 wrench take it out and put a gage in there and see if you have about 1500-2000 psi this will be at rated PTO engine speed .If not then remove the one above it and check for broken springs. This should check most of the issues with the MCV and pressure. If you need more info post back. I will try to help you more then. I would also change the filter at this time if it hasn"t been done real recently.
