My 295 plow came from the auction without the axle mounting brackets, so I had to make some out of the brackets for the gangs on a cultivater. Not the best for quick attach but they held up. I would still like to find a set here in NE. I don't know if the cultivater lift arms would work, but they should as there is no real weight(just the plow) to be lifted. Good luck, P.S. the other rod is to level the plow once it is in the ground and is real interesting to those "other" guys that don't think much of these plows. lol
