Sounds like bad rings and a leaky head gasket. Pour some kerosene in the cylinders and let it soak for a while. Maybe it will free up the rings if they're stuck. As for the head gasket, well if if it's good and it probably isn't, you could put some red silicone on it and try it again, or just get a new head gasket which would be the better deal.
Don't forget to change the oil if the kerosene seeps into the oil pan.
