If you really wanted to, you could re-gear it to go that fast. The lawnmower pullers do it all the time and its the same trans. You can buy the gears and get the charts for the speed differance at Midwest Super Cub. I'm not sure how safe it would be but just letting you know it can be done and its not that hard.
