I do not know as fact, but the pair together shouldn't weigh up to a ton..
Heck, I'd kinda be surprised if the plow weighs much more than 600-700 and the planter should be less.
I wouldn't say I recommend it or anything, but I have hauled a 2 bottom plow in the back of a pickup a time or 2.. Certain makes fit better than others though.
A small utility trailer should be plenty sufficient, but would take 2 trips..
