I've purchased H bolster bushings from Carter and Gruenenwald (www.cngco.com) C&G's price was much better than at the CIH dealer.
Farmerweber: The worm gear cannot be "turned over" on the bolster shaft (it's on a tapered spline and fits only one way). If however it's not a half-moon gear (ie. it's got teeth all the way around) the gear can be removed, rotated 180 deg and reinstalled to bring unworn teeth into contact with the worm.
