Use the same bolts to mount the delete cover. It is easy enough to seal the end bearing. If you have shim spacers on the end and you have replaced the seal, oil can still leak through the shim spacers. Never heard anyone else say so, but I put gasket seal between the spacers before I remounted mine. If someone has run your PTO without a spacer on the end of the pulley shaft you may well have lost a seal ring that meshes into the flutes and mates up to the seal. Nothing holds it in place but a spacer or pulley. Without that ring it will leak oil. Even so, it will seep a little oil even when properly installed and with a good seal. The spacers are 2 1/8" long and can be made up of 1 1/4" pipe. Use a rolling pipe cutter to make the cut.
