I have a question that i hope you can answer, I just took apart my Farmall 460 oil bath cleaner and the little air vent thingy at the top is bent over / pinched off. just like someone took a plyers and bent it in half and pinced it together. why would this have been done/is that normal? also on my 460 can i take the wire mesh out the same as you have pictured by removing that bottom metal peice? if so how do i go about removing that bottom metal peice? it looked like one solid unit to me so i flushed it with gas to clean it out (hopefully that was ok!) Thanks for any help!
