Measure the width of the rims. Most H Farmalls have a 10" wide rim, and the correct tire size for the 10" rim would be the 11.2x38, BUT, due to some changes in how the tires are measured, the NEW 11.2x38 tires actually look way too narrow and small (my opinion). The 12.4x38 tire looks a lot better, and is the size I see and have seen on just about every H Farmall I have been around in the last 60 years. 12.4x38 is what I have on BOTH Hs that I use, and both of those tractors DO have the 10" wide rims.
