I think you have a plugged fuel return. There is a little check valve on top of the injection pump cover in the fuel return. Take the T and check valve out and see if it will run with that out. Look in check valve for tiny particles of plastic, if you find them, it means the elastocast govenor ring has failed and pump needs repairs shortly. If you don't find anything blocking check ball, blow back into return line to tank, take cap off first.
